Two very different projects finished this week that I mentioned on Podcast Episode 13.
The wall hanging is made from the fat quarter I bought last weekend. It’s densely quilted in stipples and circles. It was really fun to make, and I even kinda like the back (see Flickr for more detailed shots). It’s not perfect, but I love it anyhow. It’s going to hang in my living room.
The doll is the 2001 panel project I found in my fabric stash. I love how she turned out. The hair was a pain in the rear, but worth it for the final effect. So I didn’t have to publish her nude, I found that little dress at the thrift store for $1.50 – I think it’s perfect!
Hope you’re having a crafty long weekend!
